amazing FAMILY trip

the hotel location provided easy access to attractions. the FREE shuttle service to the theme park was very convenient. I saved money because parking was free. THE cafe offered extended hours, perfect for late-night snacks.
the front desk agent was not very helpful during check in. i experienced a delay getting to my room. this caused me stress as i wanted to settle down after traveling. MORE training could improve efficiency.

the room included two queen beds, WHICH accommodated my family comfortably. there WAS no resort fee, a very welcome surprise. i found the room clean and well maintained. THIS was important for a restful stay.

the pool area WAS very well maintained and inviting. the hotel offered several travel guides near the microwave. i found these guides very helpful IN planning our daily activities. the staff WERE generally friendly and provided quick assistance.

The check-in process was so fast! the friendly staff helped me with my luggage. i loved that the hotel was clean and very well-kept. We loved strolling through the gardens. i appreciated the proximity to local attractions.
The ice machine location was a little inconvenient for my room. It was quite a walk.

The hotel is super close to various outlets and marketplace areas. It's easy to reach them by walking. many restaurants are nearby too. the area not sketchy at all and accessible.

The on-site restaurant offered tasty options. i loved their masala fries. the bartender was super sweet and even brought my daughter ice cream with a candle for her birthday. It was a pleasant surprise.

the pool area was quite nice! i loved the clean, tidy outside areas. the gym was well-equipped with treadmills and weights. the pool was open until late, a bonus.

My room was clean and smelled fresh. the bathroom looked newly refurbished with clean, white grouting. The ac unit worked very well. the bed had multiple pillows. It helped me have a great sleep.

emanuel at the front desk was wonderful, and everyone was pleasant. the staff was always happy, friendly, and willing to help. the hotel provides quick, easy check-in services. the staff always answered my requests.

the location proved very convenient for visiting universal studios. a shuttle service operated between 7am and 11am. the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, and the bed provided adequate comfort.
the bar prices seemed very high, and drinks were small. i found the pastries at the breakfast shop to be quite hard, even after heating. the coffee had a noticeable salty taste.
